Jennifer Hepp, 27-years-old, of 383 Richard Court in Pomona was indicted on March 5, 2014 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of Burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and petit larceny.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about and between May 10 and May 27, 2013, a burglary victim realized that his storage unit of his apartment building was pried open and some tools were missing. The victim learned who took the items and informed the police. The defendant was interviewed by the police and later placed under arrest.
Hepp is infamous in North Rockland social circles for proudly wearing a “666” tattoo.
