PETIT LARCENY & CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Shevette Austinsuazo, age 25, residing at 55 Broadway, Apt. 2B, Havertraw, NY, was arrested on April 6 for petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. The defendant was arrested following an investigation into a shoplifting complaint at the ShopRite of Stony Point where she is accused of stealing assorted grocery items and possessing same. The defendant was arrested, processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable in Stony Point Justice Court on May 16, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Karen C. Reinig, age 58, residing at 14 Mtn. View Mobile Home Pk., Stony Point, NY, was arrested on April 7 for driving while intoxicated and numerous vehicle and traffic violations. Stony Point Police arrested the defendant after investigating an auto accident in which the vehicle and operator attempted to leave the scene. Investigation determined the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable on April 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.
DWI, OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL IN VEHICLE & AUO
Ronnie Linen, age 52, residing at 30 North Park Dr., Garnerville, NY, was arrested on April 6 for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, aggravated unlicensed operation, open container of alcohol and numerous vehicle and traffic offenses. Stony Point Police arrested the defendant after a vehicle and traffic stop determined that the defendant was intoxicated and was driving in excess of .08 BAC. The charges were upgraded to a felony due to a previous conviction for DWI within the last ten years. The defendant was also operating with a suspended driver’s license and with an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable April 16, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.
