Nevzeta Subasic, 33, of 28 Zachary Taylor St. in Stony Point was arrested this week on three charges each of aggravated DWI, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, along with charges of DWI and reckless driving, for allegedly taking the wheel with her three kids in the car while drunk.
She was arrested following an investigation into an auto accident on her street. She had struck a parked car.
Her kids ages ranged from 11 to 17 months. Subasic’s children were turned over to a family member at the scene. The defendant was arraigned in Stony Point Justice Court and was remanded to the Rockland County Jail on $5,000 bail.
