Donnison
On January 4 the Stony Point Police Department arrested 29-year-old Broc Donnison on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The New Berlin, NY man allegedly was found in possession of 13 envelopes of heroin, several hypodermic needles and suboxone during a traffic stop in town.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court February 23.
New Berlin is approximately half an hour west of Cooperstown. SPPD did not initially indicate whether Donnison was passing through town or had been staying in Stony Point for a period of time.
