DEFENDANT: Edwin F. Morocho, male, 24, of Old State Rd., Highland Fall, NY.
CHARGES: DWI, V & T Offenses
NARRATIVE: On August 21, 2016, the Stony Point Police Department arrested the above named defendant on the above listed charges. The defendant was arrested after investigation and a vehicle and traffic stop revealed he was operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and in excess of .08 B.A.C. The defendant has been arrested for D.W.I. several times in the past two weeks and has pending D.W.I. charges in Spring Valley and Highland Falls. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic tickets returnable at the Stony Point Justice Court on September 15, 2016 at 1:30PM.
