Rachael Accused of Thievery

Rachael Schermerhorn, 20-years-old, of 30 Franck Rd. in Stony Point is accused of burglary in the third degree (D-felony), criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (A-misdemeanor) and petit larceny (A-misdemeanor) for allegedly stealing monies out of a locked cash register at her job. Stony Point Police allege the incident occurred at her place of employment on May 10, 2013 after business hours. They arrested her on May 14 and placed her bail at $2,500.
