NEW CITY – A Rockland County grand jury has indicted a man accused of gunning down a man on a Nyack street on the late morning of May 22. Jason Jabouin allegedly shot Ryan Franklin before fleeing to Maryland, where he was apprehended and returned to New York. Jabouin has been charged with murder, armed robbery, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He is being held in the Rockland County Jail without bail.
