Arrest – Burglary
On July 3, 2013 Andrew Vasquez, 22, from Stony Point, NY was arrested and charged with burglary 3rd (felony), and petit larceny (misdemeanor) for a burglary that occurred on June 30 at the Hibachi Factory, located on the 4th floor of the Palisades Center Mall.
The Clarkstown Police Department’s Detective Bureau conducted an investigation and determined that Vasquez entered the Hibachi Factory sometime after midnight, when the business was closed, and stole approximately $300 cash from the office area.
Vasquez is pending arraignment in Clarkstown Justice Court.
