Kayhan Baratali, age 19, residing at 40 Ridgetop Dr., Tomkins Cove, NY, and Jeannine Rose, age 45, residing at 122 Route 210 in Stony Point, NY were arrested by Stony Point police in separate incidents for unlawfully dealing with a minor and Dodge A. Woertendyke, age 18, residing at 19 Grand Ave., Nyack, NY, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Party Mom — Jeannine Rose, 45, was arrested for allegedly hosting underage drinkers
Stony Point Police arrested Baratali March 30 after responding to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Upon arrival, responding officers located a large house party where it was determined that numerous person(s) had been drinking while under age.
Baratali, who is alleged to have been the host of the party, was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable May 7, 2013 at 9 a.m. The Stony Point Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Town of Haverstraw Police Department and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Patrol.
Stony Point Police arrested Rose March 31 after responding to a reported underage drinking party at the defendant’s residence. Upon arrival, responding officers determined that Rose did serve alcohol to an underage female who was at said party.

The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable May 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. During the investigation, Woertendyke became disorderly and was taken into custody.
