Kristen Welsh, a 32, of #52 E. Main St., Stony Point N.Y. was arrested on January 8 for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
The defendant was apprehended after an investigation revealed she never appeared at court after being given the charges in October.
Welsh has faced numerous drug charges over the past decade. She is due back in court on February 5.
