Clarkstown, NY – On Friday, January 9, 2015 at approximately 4:01 p.m. State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Jean Claude A. Mehu, 61, of Spring Valley, NY for numerous traffic law violations. It was determined that Mehu was impaired after he failed field sobriety tests and he was transported to SP Tarrytown for processing where he refused a breath test. He was charged with felony DWI due to a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. He appeared in Clarkstown Court on January 14, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
