DEFENDANT: Donald K. Solomon, male, 54, 16 Hastings Ln., Stony Point, N.Y. 10980
CHARGES: Criminal Possession of Marihuana (E-Felony); Unlawfully Dealing with Fireworks
NARRATIVE: On May 3, 2013 the Stony Point Police Department arrested the above individual on the above listed charges. The Stony Point Police arrested the defendant after an investigation, led by the Rockland County Narcotics Task Force, secured a search warrant for the defendants’ residence.
A subsequent search of said residence recovered 14 ounces of marihuana (a street value of approximately $5,000.00), a cache of illegal fireworks and approximately $5000.00 in U.S. currency. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable 6/4/13 @ 0900hrs.
