CHARGES: Forgery (D-Felony); Crim. Possession of a Forged Instrument (D-Felony); Petit Larceny; and Criminal Impersonation 2nd
NARRATIVE: On May 2, 2013 the Stony Point Police Department arrested the above individual on the above listed charges. The arrest was the result of a warrant investigation. It is alleged that the defendant did impersonate another and steal $990 from a bank account whereas it is further alleged that he forged and was in possession of the victims check. The defendant committed said acts without the owner’s permission or consent. The defendant was arrested, processed and remanded to jail, pending a future court date.
