A collision on the New York State thruway near exit 15A in Hillburn left a passenger car totally destroyed and the driver relatively unharmed on Tuesday. Joseph Bonomi of Washingtonville was transported to Westchester Medical Center with non life threatening injuries after the crash which state police have stated was the result of Bonomi’s reckless driving.
